I have fibromyalgia and would like to lose about 50 pounds. I am not in the best aerobic condition and am working on getting stronger, but I believe I can do this!!!

My Goals:
-Lose 39 pounds.

-Get stronger.

-Get in better aerobic conditioning.

-Be able to do pushups and yoga (tried this and it was very hard!).

My Program:
-Eating 90% healthy.

-Calorie cycling between 1400 and 1900 calories a day plus one "splurge" day a week (under 2300 calories).

-Weight training 2 days a week and trying to do cardio 2-3 days a week.

I too have FMS as well as osteoarthritis. Do you find that you eat more when you're in extreme pain?

I also suggest if you are craving sugar, your body might actually need different vitamins such as phosphorus. Try eating grapes, chicken, cheese, broccoli, beef, fatty fish, eggs, veggies, cranberries instead and see if any of those curb your sugar cravings. Hope that helps! Have a great week!
