It's Never Too Late to Start Over!
Getting on the road back to energy and good health again. It's a familiar journey. One of my best motivations is that those people I see running, race walking, biking and dancing are always, ALWAYS smiling!! That's the way I want to feel, every moment I can.

My Program:
Eating my 5 fruits or veggies every day. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day. Walking at least 20 minutes every day. Adding light weights 2 to 3 times a week.
