The New Me
As a mother of 5 Dear Daughters ages 1 to 10 I have very little time for me. But I'm taking back 2 hours a day for just me! One hour in the morning and one hour at night! (Before they wake up and after they go to bed.) I'll get back to my ideal weight soon!
