On the Way Down

I joined SP in January of 2006 not sure if I was really ready to do the diet thing again. I went through the motions of signing up, setting goals, and finding my way around the features of SP still unsure but with nothing to lose. I was impressed with several features and started to use the site. I found my way to the community area and after a few tries at posting finally found a place to settle down. I was impressed with several features and started to use the site. I found my way to the community area and after a few tries at posting finally found a place to settle down. I met a wonderful person there who wasn't so sure about dieting either. Since then we have worked through our issues about starting yet again, gotten on track, lost a few pounds, and have become great friends. Our group of two quickly expanded to a group of several wonderful, inspiring women who help me every day. I am astounded at how fortunate I am to have found them. They have all helped me feel less lonely, loved, and have even brought laughter into my life not mention their unconditional support and caring.

My Goals:
My goals are to eat healthy foods within my calorie range, exercise at least three times per week, and drink eight 8 ounce glasses of water per day. I would like to lose a total of 125 pounds but have set my first goal at weighing 199.

My Program:
I have been counting calories, eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and drinking water. I currently walk with Leslie Sansone''s One Mile Easy Walk or Miracle Mile at least 3 times per week.

Personal Information:
I am from New York, 40yo, married w/ 2 kids ages 10 and 7, part time office manager and part time stay at home mom.
