My Goals:
1. Lose at least 5# per month.
2. Increase movement on a daily basis.
3. Be healthier and have more energy to help my husband around the farm this summer.
4. Look better so that I actually like getting my pict taken.
5. Reach final goal weight by Christmas 2009!
My Program:
I'm trying baby steps this time. Setting weekly mini-goals to work slowly at modifying my eating and exercise habits.
Personal Information:
I'll be 42 in 2009. I live on a small ranch in Mount Vernon, SD. I love to garden. I also enjoy quilting in my free time. I am married with no human children but lots of animals!
