    T!hanks so much...and for commenting on my blog, reading them before bed was a good thing. Just so you know, I have never tracked food in SP. I have always used a notebook because it seemed easier for me;but if not tracking works for you, that's great!

    You got it Ang! So....decide your REALISTIC goals and how you are going to accomplish them. So many minutes a week, a certain number of days a week, tracking food and water, etc. I have found that I am not a tracker and for a while that really threw me. I would get discouraged because I would forget and then I would give up on it all. Then I realized that I could give myself permission NOT to track and it is okay! Just because SP makes it so easy to track doesn't mean it is for everyone!
