Suzanne's Natural Energy Plan

After graduating community college I lost over 35 pounds by eating well and exercising each day. After I got married and had my son 5 years ago, I gained over 70 pounds! It seemed like it was overnight as most of the pregnancy weight came in the last 3 1/2 months! My son literally sucked the life out of me. In addition, my son eats gluten free whenever possible and so I stick with that as as a result. I love to cook and my only problem with that is having enough containers to store the leftovers!

I eat very well: little processed food, lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats, dairy, homecooked meals with lots of organic items
Fitness is simple but expanding: love to do Barre and Pilates DVDs

I am from Minnesota where I live with my young son. Graduated from Minnestota State University-Mankato with a (irony) nutrition degree.

Other Information:
Enjoy reading health and fitness magazines as well as any books about fitness/health. Also have a guilty pleasure for Will Farrel movies and the TV show Glee (embarrassing I know!)
