My Goals:
Broader goals:
* Keep up the cardio fitness, as close to daily as possible. I like the side effect profile a LOT better than prozac :-P
* Keep aware of my eating habits, particularly keeping track of those afternoon snacks...

Fitness goals:
* Run a 10K in under an hour.
* I'd love to, just once in my life, actually do a pull-up...

My Program:
* Pay attention to portion size and my appetite. Eat only when I'm actually hungry, and not eat more than I need.

* Maintain a regular exercise program of 45 mins at least 5-6 times a week

* actually bother to include resistance training (mostly upper body, darn it my legs get enough work) 2-3X weekly

I live in the Bay area, SF. I am a clinical child psychologist with my own practice, http://www.advancingminds.com/ I'm studying for my personal trainer cert to add fitness for kids self esteem programs to my psych practice. Marathon, I have never done a marathon, but YOU have.

Keep it up and make sure you take a few extra supplements.
