Hi There: You can join the spark team Eat To Live for ideas etc. I picked up the paperback for about $10. I'm no expert - so check out the team and the book. It's not totally vegetarian but the early plan is pretty bare bones mostly fruit, veggies, salads and beans. No dairy. No eggs. Little bits of whole grains. No meat for the first six weeks... but if you eat the fresh stuff man does your energy go up - I feel really good when I am on it. Its tough to get used to at the start but once I get into it - my cravings for junk and fat and pasta tend to go away and I'm never hungry on this from eating what is allowed. Once you go to maintenance you can add a bit of chicken, fish etc on a more regular basis.
