A New Beginning
When I picture my ideal life I see a fit and fearless woman who enjoys everything in life. She has a healthy body, a clean and organized home, enjoys a great social life, and can shop anywhere. I want to not have to feel embarrassed about my weight or my body at work or when I'm out. When I picture my ideal life I see a fit and fearless woman who enjoys everything in life. She has a healthy body, a clean and organized home, enjoys a great social life, and can shop anywhere. I want to not have to feel embarrassed about my weight or my body at work or when I'm out. I have not been involved romantically for some time and I would really like to feel confident about dating again. I no longer want to be seen as my weight. I really need to succeed this time and become that woman I know is inside me: the fit and fearless me.

My Goals:
Goal #1: I will be under 200 pounds by November 2010 by sticking to my weight loss plan. Goal #2: I will walk outside or with DVD every single day until I reach my goal weight. Goal #3: I will get my house clean and organized by August 5th by working on it a half hour every day. Goal #4: I will go out on a romantic date with someone by my next birthday. Goal #5: I will begin actively working on my creative talents and a way to make them into my job. Goal #6: I will be able to fit comfortably in a size 12 jeans by December 2011. Goal #7: I will learn the song I've never been to Spain on the guitar and preform it. Goal #8: I will be able to find a great pair of black pants from any store in the mall.
My Program:
1. I will journal all the foods I eat every day. 2. I will stay within my calorie and fat limits every day. 3. I will not buy food that are bad for me including snickers bars. 4. I will walk or do something physical daily. 5. I will do strength training 1x week then work up to 3x week. 6. I will take a photo of myself each time I loose 10 pounds. 7. I will blog daily about my journey to my goal weight. This way I can be aware of my feelings and keep up with my goal. 8. I will weigh myself daily. 9. I will not avoid my doctor if I miss step in my program.
