My Goals:
Long term goals are:
- Have a flat tummy.
- Thighs do NOT rub together.
- Run a 5K by the end of 2012.


My Program:
I plan to count calories, eating no more than 1550 calories a day.

I'm also aiming to work out 5-6x a week, if not every day. I'll do some 30 Day Shred, some Kettlebell workouts, and walking.

As for running, I'm waiting until I get under 200 lbs to try that again. My left hip and heel kept hurting before. I'm hoping less weight & more muscles overall equals less pain.

Never got a chance to welcome you to the group Living with a non-vegetarian or non-vegan. I have had some personal things going on this year. But now I am trying to get the group back active. I hope to see you there and to get to know you!
