Regaining My Focus... And it feels GREAT!

Hello!! thank you for stopping by my page! My overall goal is to acheive a healthy weight and fitness level. Being in my early 40s I am starting to see how important these things are to living a long and active life. Im learning so much by being a part of this amazing community.

I am learning to focus better to ultimately live a long healthy and fit life with my new hubby and be around for years to come to play with future grandchildren.
