I am hoping for a healthier body and spirit.

I am going to give Sparkpeople a try, again. I have three influences. Which is a good thing. I am now 40 and have gained about 20 pounds since the last time I used Sparkpeople. I have been doing a lot more walking and a lot less sitting around. My hips and lower back hurt a lot, so I really need to get this weight off.

Consider yourself KICKED Suzanne! I think once Sunday rolls along you'll be completely ready to get back on track with the new BL challenge! So don't worry so much about today or Saturday, just plan on Sunday as your restart date for getting back on the wagon! YOU CAN DO IT! emoticon

Hey SUZANNE, just stopping by to bug you, lol. The Biggest Loser Challenge was over yesterday and we still need your final weigh-in. There is a seperate thread for the final weigh-in. It's on the top of the "challenges and exercises."

Suzanne, I just wanted to thank you for your encouragement. I know it will be better if I know about the diabetes, and it will even help me be more careful with my food, but I guess the weak part of me prefers to live in ignorant bliss. :) And I don't even know if I have it; it's just this sneaking suspicion I've carried around for a while. I'm scheduled for a physical on Thursday, so we shall see. Thanks again!!
