I'm a loser already!

I have already lost about 25 pounds over the past years, just by eating more healthily and kicking myself out of the house every once in a while. Now that I am at home writing a dissertation most days, I hope this will help me stay focused on being healthy on the inside and out. If I can stay at my current weight, great! if I can lose those last two kilos, even better.

My Goals:
I want to track what I eat in order to make slightly healthier life style choices. Weight loss is not my primary goal, but I wouldn't spit on it either.

My Program:
I want to get used to including daily exercise into my routine, as well as reducing my alcohol intake.

Personal Information:
I am a PhD student from The Netherlands, currently living and working in Slovenia. If you have ever heard of (or, god forbid, tasted) burek, cevapcici or potica then you know why I am here.
