Wanna be hot and healthy for ME!

This is a personal goal - sure, I want to look fabulous for my husband - but it all starts with me...how I feel, how I look, and how I feel about how I look! I want to be active, healthy, toned, firm, did I say healthy??? Plus, I want to be a positive role model for my kids - mostly for my 12 year old daughter - she needs to be able to eat healthily and have a healthy attitude toward food and her body image, too.

My Goals:
Regular workouts, fit and active lifestyle, losing 25 pounds...belly dancing regularly (at least 2x per week). A race a month.

My Program:
Out with negativity, in with positivity! Training 3x per week for running, belly dancing 1x per week, Pilates 2 x per week. Adding weights in there somewhere too!


Personal Information:
I am from the US, but living in Austria! If you see a bunch of weirdo things on my page, like knodel and spatzel - that is why!

Other Information:
Give me a nice day, a path, some fresh air and trees, and my loves (my Hubba and kids) and I am in heaven.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I have tried sooo many things: Hollywood diet twice, Weight watchers twich, South Beach, Eat less, you name it. I love this web site, and the only thing I want to do is PERSEVERE, lose, gain, nevermind, I do have the strong feeling that it will work out in the end. Good luck to you, too!

I’m not sure what to say. I joined the same day as you, but as I stumbled across your page and what you had to say really resonated with me. If we don’t have ourselves together, for ourselves….how can we be truly successful and giving in the other areas of our life.
