My Goals:
1st goal: get healthier Starting weight loss goal: Get to 220 (long-term goal is 160 so I can jump on the trampoline with my kiddo) Starting exercise goal: stationary bike, 20 min, 5x/wk Wants: a smaller swimsuit, a smaller wetsuit, feel better about myself, get healthy
My Program:
I am tracking what I eat, current goal of getting on a stationary bike for 20 minutes, 5 times a week at a moderate pace.
Personal Information:
I am from Broken Arrow, OK, work as an engineer, am married with two boys. I'm active in Boy Scouts & Cub Scouts, Society of Women Engineers and STEM outreach activities.
Other Information:
Patience. Let's be realistic here. You won't drop two jean sizes in one day. You won't lose fifty pounds in one month. You will go a day or two without working out. Your weight is going to fluctuate hee and there. You're going to try new tdpechniques, and they're not going to work. You're a human being. You're going to fail. But nothing is ever accomplished without a few obstacles. JUST KEEP GOING. don't know where it's from, but it's good advice for me right now.
