Focusing on Health

I'm starting over, once again.

My goal is achieve a healthy weight of 145-155 lbs. I'd like to lose at a rate of 5-8 lbs per month, but I'll just be glad to get to a healthy and happy weight, regardless of how long it takes me!

My starting weight as of September 30, 2013 is 224 lbs.
