Susan's Progress

I began weight loss in 2003 weighing in at 227. I lost all the way down to 142 and now I am back up to 191. I was doing all right for a long time and then during some family health problems, I completely neglected myself and blew off exercise and lately my eating has gotten out of control.

It's time to get back on track and work on my own health again. My Cholesterol is up, my weight is up, and my blood pressure is up. It's time to lower all of it. NOW!

Personal info: Married, no kids. Two brothers, also married. Three cats (Minnie, Scrappy, and Buddy). Two dogs (Sophie-black lab, Remy-Unidentifiable mutt).

Hobbies include knitting, sewing, reading, travel, music, and now hopefully running.

Just stopped by to see how long you have been working on your weight, I belong to WW as well, and saw you had lost alot of weight - Congratulations! It is a hard thing to do as you know but you can be proud of youself. Also running should get you going again. I am only week 1 day 6 - I have a long way to go. Keep going it will come!

I just noticed that you have already made huge progress toward your goals - congratulations! I am sure that running and Weight Watchers will get you past your plateau.
