I began weight loss in 2003 weighing in at 227. I lost all the way down to 142 and now I am back up to 191. I was doing all right for a long time and then during some family health problems, I completely neglected myself and blew off exercise and lately my eating has gotten out of control. It's time to get back on track and work on my own health again. My Cholesterol is up, my weight is up, and my blood pressure is up. It's time to lower all of it. NOW! Personal info: ...
