I'm 50 yrs old, been married 19 yrs, no children but have 4 cats and a dog who act like children! I'm a subsitute teacher and have been a sign language interpreter in schools. I love to read, watch movies, camp, collect dolls. I love food,but cooking...not so much. I need quick, easy, healthy recipes.I'm active in my church and a children and animal rights activist.

Wow! That sounded delicious and I can see why you broke your low carb journey temporarily. emoticon I only weigh myself once a week too since daily the weight does fluctuates and I don't want to be discouraged. either Sunday will be here soon and I can't wait to hear. emoticon Chelsea

I am interested in how it works for you because I may be interested as a jump start (your low carb diet). I am seeing my doctor in February and then, after that, I will decide. I want to make sure I am not diabetic. Again, good luck! You are starting the year right. emoticon emoticon Chelsea
