To a Healthier ME!
I am disabled with several chronic pain issues along with things that join in. I am a mom of 2 adult sons and Nana to 2 adorable grandsons. I am in a new long distance relationship and I want to look my best when we meet for the first time even though he accepts me just the way I am.

My Goals:
To lose weight along with becoming healthier to hopefully aleviate some of my pain.
My Program:
Due to my disabilities I am unable to do much excersizing, but am in physical therapy and am working on that there. My diet is a mess and have been here before and it helped alot so am back to get on the right track.
