In the last few years I've broken my foot, quit smoking, married an amazing cook and quickly gained 40 pounds. (!!40 POUNDS!!) I'm pretty athletic but easily bored by exercise, so I'm looking for ways to spice up my workouts and keep tabs on my crazy eating.
