As I hit the Big 4-0 this Fall, I'm on my way to improving the second stage of my life. Weight loss? Sure. More importantly, I want to be healthier and increase my activity level. My gym membership helped me to remember how much I used to love being active in sports.

My Goals:
I want to be HEALTHIER! Weight loss will come with that, but overall, I want to feel better.

My Program:
I have changed my eating habits. I no longer eat foods made with high fructose corn syrup, and I'm trying hard to quit all processed foods, too. Soda is not even appealling to me anymore. Now it's water or iced tea with Splenda. I began working out at the local gym on June 22, 2008.

Personal Information:
I'm a 3rd grade teacher. I need to be able to keep up with twenty 8 and 9 year olds!

Other Information:
My daughter ROCKS! She's amazing, and I'm glad she's mine!

I had a blast tonight at the gym. Gotta get my groin in shape! HEHEHE! emoticon Watch me get addicted. Matt will have a fit if I pay to join when I have one near my house. But like you said, it's more fun with others.

YAY! Welcome! emoticon You are on SparkPeople! One more thing that will help keep you motivated to go to the gym...I'll make sure you get up early enough to go before work!!! We just gotta stop eating junk food at 2:15 when the bell rings. Actually, we just gotta get the heck out of there by 3pm!
