Honestly, my goal right now is to drink enough water, lay off the cokes and start exercising again. And for me "start exercising" means to walk on the treadmill at least one day a week and to build up from there. Doesn't sound very ambitious, I'm sure, but I've got to start somewhere!!
Glad you are back at it. How are you doing with your water drinking? Denay and Sherri and I talk on yahoo for a few minutes every day. It helps keep us on track with our goals. I added you but I only seem to get your husband. Let me know how I can encourage you.
