1. Lose 2 lbs by 9/22/2010

2. Try Zumba next week

3. Start couch to 5k running program Monday 9/20/2010

4. Lift weights 3 x next week.

My Program:
1.Loging in everything I eat.

2. walking daily for at least an hour.

3. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

4. Giving my self permisson to not be perfect!

Sorry it's taken me awhile to get back to you. Sorry that you didn't get to go on your run like you had planned. Hopefully everything is well with you now. I actually had a really hard time staying on track during the holiday season and I wasn't doing so well with keeping track of the food I was eating. I stopped running and when that happens it is so hard to get going again. I finally decided to not let it ruin things and that when things happen you have to get back up and keep trying. So I'm back at running and still hope to complete a 5K in the spring!
