I have been missing from SparkPeople for quite awhile, but I am back. I need to become healthier. I'm 68, retired Jewish Community fundraiser, and now a Bridge teacher & director. I have Gerd (very bad acid reflux) and of course medicine doesn't work if I eat the wrong things! I'm back together with my ex-husband (long story) and our sons (38,43) (unmarried) live down here too. update: 38yr old moved back to CA

back Mitzi. I've also started learning Bridge 2 years ago and we love it, still with the same hubby for 47 years. We are off tonight to play with friends. We play supervised bridge on Monday mornings and duplicate on Wed night.
