Still Diet Coke free since Jan. 2012! Still fighting this healthy eating and exercise!

I have tried so hard to drop weight since the 1st of the year. It has been a hard journey. I have lost 5 to gain back 8. I have started over since last Thursday and I have been faithful in diet and exercise and I have finally dropped 8lbs. I hope this continues to work!!

15lb goal- To stay at Petit Jean Park/Mt. Magazine and hike.

I have a bunch of recipes if u want. Gotta read labels. Also, all colas reg or diet no matter what brand have phospheric acid which ca7ses pain in boby. Lots of drinks have this. U can do this. I'll help you

Paleo is similar to whole30. Yes it's drastic and hard to adjust but the rewards r worth it. If u can try for 2 weeks. If u don't feel any better, I'll shut up. But if u need me I'm here. It would b nice to have a buddy to do it with.

Do u have fibromyalgia. If so, moving is key. I do more mentally than I can do physically but I can still walk. Not a lot and definitely not fast but I do it. Thats cause we're fearless warrior

Just got a recipe for meat sauce on roasted string beans. Yum. Once u get used to it u start feeling better and u realize it's worth it. Takes about a week or so to get ur stomach used to it. What have you got to lose except pain. I eat all day.
