Still Diet Coke free since Jan. 2012! Still fighting this healthy eating and exercise!

I have tried so hard to drop weight since the 1st of the year. It has been a hard journey. I have lost 5 to gain back 8. I have started over since last Thursday and I have been faithful in diet and exercise and I have finally dropped 8lbs. I hope this continues to work!!

Hi! Yes, Jillian released Beginner Shred in September - same concept as 30-day Shred, but it's the kinder, gentler Jillian - LOL! 3 levels, same ladies - Natalie and Anita. I've done Levels 1 and 2 so far. I really like it!

Hey there! So glad you ordered the program. I'm still trying to get the food containers under my belt. I did a bit of a test run when I first got it last week. I officially start my challenge tomorrow. I did test the first workout and I was very sore for 2 days. We can certainly keep in touch as I'm sure I'll be repeating the program once I finish.
