Still Diet Coke free since Jan. 2012! Still fighting this healthy eating and exercise!

I have tried so hard to drop weight since the 1st of the year. It has been a hard journey. I have lost 5 to gain back 8. I have started over since last Thursday and I have been faithful in diet and exercise and I have finally dropped 8lbs. I hope this continues to work!!

For breakfast, mash 1 banana, add 2 eggs n cinnamon. Mix and make pancakes. Any kinda omelette u like. I roast sweet pot,red peppers,onion then add chicken n have for breakfast. I can't have eggs

I make big pots of stuff. Then portion it out and freeze it. That way when I don't wanna cook, just grab a bag from freezer. Easy least. You can pretty much eat all the fruits and veggies u want. I eat lots of fish,chicken. Meat 4times a week.

Make pot of stir fry with beef, chicken or shrimp. Lots of veggies. Or steak or chicken fajitas. Instead of rice or noodles puou over fresh spinach.

Make a thick meat sauce and instead of pasta have it over steamed string beans. Tastes like you're cheating but its all good😁
