To be healthy and happy!!

I have tried so hard to drop weight since the 1st of the year. It has been a hard journey. I have lost 5 to gain back 8. I hope this continues to work!! I decided to get better May 2015 and I have lost 24 lbs. Now I am so ready to kick it in gear and lose 10 more pounds!

10lb. goal- To walk to suspension bridge at Cane Creek. Done 7-14-2015 Little late doing this!!

15lb goal- To stay at Petit Jean Park/Mt. Magazine and hike. Done 9/11/15--9/12/15.

My Program:
To exercise everyday no matter the exercise or how many minutes it last.

Hi Susan! Thanks for commenting on my blog. If working out was the key to being skinner I would have been there a long time ago. Eating is my biggest thing!! emoticon Counting calories, no chips, smaller portions, no fried chicken and pizza all sound like TORTURE to me!!! emoticon But I keep trying to remind myself that I have eaten enough of that stuff and to lay off will be better in the long run. I'm still trying to convince myself!
