It's ON!

This is the first week of my Spark time and my new get healthy plan. I broke my leg last year and gained 30 lbs. At the time I was playing Ultimate Frisbee 2x per wk, and going to Bikram Yoga 3x per week. Feeling and looking really good.

I just finished up necessary Physical Therapy for pain cycles in my lower logs and feel that just wouldn't quit, and some stabolizing routines.

What's new:
Serious about dieting ie eating right for shedding the extra ...
