Spark People has helped me improve my diet and get more exercise since I found it in June of 2010. My goal is to make life changes, not focus on fast weight loss. SparkPeople are amazing! This is working. Tracking nutrition and fitness makes a huge difference.

My Goals:
My goals are basic so I can be successful. I really want this to work for the long term.
1. Track all my food and stay in my calorie ranges
2. 20 minute dog walk every day
3. 10 minute cardio 3 times per week (still haven't gotten on board with this goal... but not giving up)
4. drink 8 glasses of water daily
5. Log in to SparkPeople everyday

My Program:
Follow my fastbreak goals and increase from there one step at a time when I'm ready for more.

Stay connected with Sparkpeople to get support and give support.



Personal Information:
I'm from the Pacific Northwest. I teach, I garden, I knit, and I have two dogs that I spoil way too much.
