My Goals:
I was able to lose 100 lbs. in 2007 and wish to lose the last 10-15 lbs in 2008. I lost the last 10-15 lbs. in 2009 now it is just maintenance.

    I was injured in 2003 while working as a Union Pipefitter/Welder. I have had three back surgeries and had a neurostimulator implanted in my back for chronic pain. The stimulator and pain meds have helped me regain some quality of life due to this surgery. I went from using a wheel chair on occasion to walking 2 1/2 to 3 miles daily during the summer months. I am now down to a size 6-8. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Going up and down stairs has helped tone my thighs and buttocks. My core has become stronger due to this exercise as well. If you can't afford a membership at a gym use the malls as your track and instead of using escalators climb the stairs you will be amazed at what it will do for you and it is FREE!
