I am looking for a Sparkbuddy (or several). I need someone to check in with daily. I'm trying to get back into ten minutes a day, and I need someone to poke at me when I haven't done it yet.

Can you help me with this? Would this be beneficial for you, too?

Some people need to focus more on healthier eating, and some people on movement. For me, it's movement. I could always be eating healthier, but I know that exercise is what needs to be my constant.

When I cut out sugar for four weeks to see what would happen, I didn't, as some people do, find myself not missing it with sudden bursts of energy and newly-clear skin. I just found myself plotting out the delicious things I'd make when the four weeks were up.

I have other goals I want to add to my streaks, but I'm starting with just getting ten minutes of exercise in every day.

I watch too much TV. I've been having stress dreams about gigantic ocean waves drowning me. People sometimes can't tell if I'm being sincere. I just bought a garlic press.

Hiya! Hope you have a good day today. I've been reading your blogs - the last one was a bit scary - that bit about cleaning the kitchen! LOL!

I had a good walk again yesterday. Another one coming up today. Have been enjoying DHs time off work.

Have delayed restarting my diet til tomorrow again. I'll be fine once I've got over the initial hurdle!

This may be a silly thing to say, but would a hot bath relax your muscles or doesnít it work like that?

Yes the meal was delicious thank you! About the same portion size as we normally eat but very rich with all the creamy sauce. Still feel full up now (next morning!)

Did my walk, journaling and freggies yesterday.

Oh I forgot to say I'm on target with my daily walk, 2 fregs and journaling x3/wk. I'm working on the other goals and not doing too bad! :-)

Yes Iím in England, and itís 8.30am Sunday!

Yes itís supposed to be good for us to take a break from exercise isnít it? Exercise is not my strong point but I guess that is about to change!)

No worries about not checking in yesterday. Just regular contact is nice! :-)
