I will not expect perfection from myself, but I will not accept less than my best, whatever that is each day. I am realizing that I am so much stronger than I think I am. I also know how much I need the support of my family and friends. I am so grateful for all my Sparkfriends. They keep me going. I know I am not alone, and that makes this journey so wonderful. My Goals:
My goals include a final weight of around 150, being more active and doing things with my kids that I can't(or won't) do now, having a healthy balanced diet, and being a joyful, productive, involved person.

My Program:
I use the food and fitness tracker every day, exercise 30-60 minutes 5 to 6 times a week, and have been using Spark Recipes to make healthy meals for my family(and me too of course).

I live in beautiful Franklin County,
Missouri.
