My biggest kicker now is my diet. I do great at the gym. Work out all the time, I actually LOVE going to the gym, but the eating stinks for me. I struggle constantly with portion size and the right combinations. We've been off work for over a week now bc of inclement weather, so I have really been struggling this week. I am trying to clamp down and focus on nutrition now. Any pointers would be great! 1930 days ago
