    Hello..I saw your post that you had gotten off track and I was wondering how today went for you. I try to look at each day as a new day and whatever I did yesterday and today is done now, but tomorrow is always an opportunity to get back on track. Hope this helps. Have a great day tomorrow. Let me know if I can help in any way.

    Get up, dust yourself off and jump back on. You can do this. I had a couple of rotten day lately, too. But we can do this. SP is full of wonderful people ready to help you back on track. Everyday is a new beginning--don't give up.

    well let's get back on.. try logging your food on paper for a week and see where you are measure your portions and know where you stand everyday and drink that water and log the amount in there also..it just makes you more aware of what you are doing and post everyday it helps to be around others having the same problems i assure you you aren't the only one no guilt trips fall off get up and get back on next meal!! hugs mary

    Hi there! Just visited your spark page and wanted to say YOU CAN DO IT! Saw on our Official Texas Team that you've fallen off track, thats OK, just get right back on. Try getting up and doing just a few minutes of exercise daily (you'd be suprised how much you might end up getting it) or skip one snack or extra helping. It will be alright, you can get back on this horse! Have a blessed day! {{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}
