My Goals:
My main goal is to lose the 10kg I have gained over the last 5 years and to be healthy.
Oh, and to be able to wear my pink jeans again!

I am currently tracking all my food intake and am also taking a water aerobics class once a week.

I am a US citizen, living in NE Italy, I have been here for almost 25 years. I have an Italian husband and an 8 year old son.
I just turned 44 and I want to be slim and healthy!
Other Information:
I am a voratious reader of novels, just about any genre, I love "chick flicks" and cooking shows. I think that I might be the only person on the planet who didn't like Avatar.
