My Goals:
My most current goal is to get back into the shape I was in 4 months ago, before I had major hip surgery.
I have had hip issues all my life. I began running 7 years ago to help with pain control. In that time I have run 3 full marathons and 18 half marathons. My last run was the OC marathon in May 2012. I had surgery in June and I am now just getting through one day at a time.

My Program:
All I can really do for now is my physical therapy and some walking. I am just making it through one step at a time.

Personal Information:
I was raised in Salinas, 29 years ago I married my husband and we moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly. We are raising 4 amazing children.
