My Goals:
Starting out with a conservative weight goal. I really want to get more fit, I've slipped a little in the past year or so.

My Program:
Swim 3 x a week (I've been doing this for years - haven't been as consistent lately), Add strength training of some sort. Track what I eat for a while, from there I'll decide where the problems are.

Hi,
From one 50 year old to another...but I actually kind of like it...being 50 that is...sort of liberating for me. At any rate, you must be pretty tall 'cause you look like you weigh about 120lbs soakin' wet.
