Starting out with a conservative weight goal. I really want to get more fit, I've slipped a little in the past year or so.
Swim 3 x a week (I've been doing this for years - haven't been as consistent lately), Add strength training of some sort. Track what I eat for a while, from there I'll decide where the problems are.
Hi, From one 50 year old to another...but I actually kind of like it...being 50 that is...sort of liberating for me. At any rate, you must be pretty tall 'cause you look like you weigh about 120lbs soakin' wet. Good Luck, Sharon
