Zumba-ing my way to a fitter me.

Hello all,
I have been using the Sparkpeople site for a few years and I find it very helpful with my fitness goals. I joined the Zumba Team and am looking forward to learning about all sorts of favorite music and steps. Zumba is fun!

I am currently attending three Zumba classes a week. And I teach once a week. It is soooooo much fun. I can't get enough of it.!

I am going around and sharing what was placed on my Spirit to share with others about reading the Word and prayer.

How important it is for all God's people to be

continually in prayer and constantly feeding on the

Scriptures of Truth. None of you can be strong in God

unless you are diligently and constantly listening to

what God has to say to you through His Word. You

cannot know the power and the nature of God unless

you partake of His Word. Read it in the morning, in the

evening, and at every opportunity you get. After every

meal, instead of indulging in unprofitable conversation

around the table, read a chapter from the Word, and

then have a season of prayer. This is something that I

wanted to share with you that I do.
