A time for Serious

I'm a busy (aren't we all) working mom of 2 trying to balance life and family. Seems like my "health" has been put at the bottom of that list and now that I'm 40 it's time to get "serious" about weight loss.

***Read the many success stories to help you stay focused and motivated. This can be found under “Community”.

***Be patient. This is a journey not a marathon. If you need support during your journey please feel free to email me anytime. I am more than happy to be your spark friend during your journey.

***Check out Challenge Central. There are many challenges designed to keep you on track such as the Official 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge, SparkPeople 8-Week Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge, Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge, and many others that may interest you. This can be found under “Community”.

emoticon We have probably met on this road before, as I, too, have travelled this several times. Staying focused can be challenging, but with the support of others much less challenging than you can imagine. I've had great success, then some setbacks, so I find myself struggling to find that elusive balance (and my missing motivation), but with the help of SP and its resources and all the support I get from spark members, I'm back on the road and feeling in charge.
