Hi Connie! Thanks so much for your encouraging comment on my blog. I REALLY appreciate it!

Looking over your page, I was excited to see that we share many of the same goals. The only exception is that because I'm at a healthy weight now, #3 is to Feel as good on the inside (self-esteem/happiness) as I look on the outside. It's also a longstanding dream of mine to conquer all of Cathe's workouts one by one. (There are so many!) I started that journey about 3 years ago with the earliest tape of hers I could find (Step 'n Motion) and I've been going through them (more or less) chronologically. I haven't been doing as many of her workouts in the last year, though, because I found CLX, which has been so good in so many ways.

Oh my, just listen to me drabble on!! LOL. I hope to cross paths again, Connie... have a Sparktacular week.

Hi Connie,
Thanks for the teddy. I was thinking about taking one with me on Wed. When my mom passed away a friend of mine made teddy bears out of my mom's lambs wool coat. I thought that the teddy would give me a focus for the day.
