My goal is to loose 142 lbs.

My Program:
Right now I am trying to get into an exercise routine. I have to find exercises I can do with having arthritis and very bad knees. I am cutting back on food portions.. Trying to drink the 8 glasses of water.

Personal Information:
My name is Phyllis. I am 55 years old.. I am married to Pat for 26 years . We have 4 grandchildren the youngest being 4 months old . We have 2 daughters and 2 sons, which we lost one daughter and one son. We have guardenship of our 4 month old daughter.
