Living my life One Day at a Time!

Every year since I joined Spark People. I have changed my page. This year has been difficult enough due to my health issues. Well no more. I am going to live my life One Day at a Time. Let the chips fall where they may.

I am getting back on the weight loss wagon. I am watching my salt, claories and carbs. I have set a goal to lose 5lb between now and the end of May.

I am watching my caloric intake and exercising every day. I strength train one day and cardio on opposite days. I have started drinking 9-10 glasses of water per day. I haven't had a soda in two weeks not even an ice tea.

You close your eyes for 5 minutes..it's 7:45
At work it's 1:30.
You close you're eyes for five minutes....it's 1:31.

My friend thinks he's smart. He said onions are the only foods that make you cry.
So I threw a coconut at his face.

Only 2 things can change a woman's mood.
1. I love you.
2. 50 % discount.

Stop waiting for Prince Charming. Get up and find him.
