Although I live in a country that is said to have the healthiest food on earth, my fitness is not as good as it should be. That's mainly my own fault because I haven't moved around a lot in the past few years! I wanna get my fitness back and exercise on a regular basis again!

My Goals:
I want to tone my body and get from skinny fat to a well-shaped and healthy body. As I'm already quite slim it seems that results will not show any time soon, so I really need to keep pushing and keep myself motivated. It's all for my health and general fitness more than for looks!!


My Program:
I'm still quite new. I started working out at the end of April 2011.
Right now I'm doing some cardio and strength training 3 times a week. I also want to improve my flexibility, so I recently started yoga at home.
I also decided to give BodyRock.tv a try!!
Gotta shape that body!!



Personal Information:
I recently turned 30 and I guess that alone makes you more aware of your health?!
I'm German, but I came to Japan to live there in March 2008.
Right after my arrival here I gained about 3-4kg. Healthy Japanese food? I dunno.
Eventually I plan on going back home.
It can be especially frustrating if you have any health problems and the doctor doesn't fully understand what you're saying (though my Japanese is somewhat OK).


Other Information:
I'm a couch potato or rather an office chair potato. I love surfing the internet, studying Japanese and working on the photos I've taken outside.
I need to get away from this sedentary lifestyle while still not losing/giving up on my other hobbies completely...
