She's got to come around eventually! I hope everything difficult is behind you now, has only made you stronger, and your future looks bright!

    A MARATHON???? Go GIRL! You are really lucky to have a friend to train with. The friends I have that do occasionally exercise are walkers and I need to RUN!!!! I am so hooked! I have a Half coming up at the end of March and I am excited! I have had a lot of success using Jeff Galloway's run/walk method. Hope you will blog about your training! I am so motivated by other people's running blogs....

    I will be cheering you on in this rollercoaster of a weightloss journey. I know once you get your groove back the weight will shed quickly. Take care and thanks for the note....

    Yep.... I have been "stuck" roughly between 145-155 for the past 15 months and I am absolutely sick of it. I have the passion and the fire that I had when I lost my initial 67 lbs. I am going to lose these last 20-25 lbs for sure this time! The Body Bugg and tracking my food are keeping me accountable and it is going VERY well!!!

    No, not using the Body Bugg any more. I guess I kind of burned out on it. I got to the point where I knew what it was going to say each day so it wasn't exciting for me any more. It was a great tool when I first used it... to be honest it was the main reason I started running. I saw how many calories I burned in such a short amount of time it made me realize that running gives me the biggest bang for the buck so to speak. I hate feeling like I am wasting my time at the gym, so I really pushed myself to run. Plus here in TX it is getting hot and I love to go sleeveless and I don't dig the tan line it leaves, LOL!

    Welcome back, Christy! I was just thinking about you last week and clicked on your SparkPage to see if I had missed any of your updates. It is so nice to see you back on here! I will always remember you as the one who led me to this website that helped me in drastically changing my life. I hope life has settled down a bit for you! I remember your earlier blogs about your long work hours with your husband on a remote. You were a busy lady!

    This past year I have been up 15 lbs, down 15 lbs- 3 times. I am currently about 5 lbs from my lowest weight and I am determined to break through and finally get down to a healthy number. But like you, I am going with the slow and steady mindset. I am having desserts, diet sodas, bread!, and some occasional fast food. I want to eat in a way that I can live with forever, just have to find a healthy balance and eat foods that satisfy without triggering a binge.

    I am excited to hear about the progess you will be making!!!! WW is an amazing program and I know you will succeed! Take care!
