I wanna be a Super & Strong Mommy!
My name is Tamara & I'm a 35-year-old wife with 3 beautiful daughters ages 13 & 6 year old Twins. I love to workout & lift weights so much but I still wish I could lose weight. Its been a struggle to make a difference on the scale because I've got such a huge appetite & I've been told by a female trainer that I "lift weights too much" to actually lose weight. **Update**I reached my original goal weight of 130lbs before my 35th birthday!! Its been a struggle to make a difference on the scale because I've got such a huge appetite & I've been told by a female trainer that I "lift weights too much" to actually lose weight. **Update**I reached my original goal weight of 130lbs before my 35th birthday!! Now I'm transitioning into maintenance mode while still focusing on muscle definition & strength. I've also debated on aiming for my high school weight of 121lbs. My best friend says I already physically look smaller than my high school size! My strength is through the roof now. I can do numerous sets of chin-ups, pull-ups,& bar dips WITHOUT assistance!!! And I'm improving on my Handstand Pushups now!! So far I haven't seen any ladies in my gym that can even attempt my hardcore workouts!! So far, This is my Best Shape & Fitness Level ever!!

My Goals:
*Goal reached!!* I would love to weigh 130lbs. Right now, I weigh 140lbs. And I'm only 5ft 1.3in. *Goal reached & building more!!** I'd also love to get more muscle definition while keeping my curves.
My Program:
My newest routine consists of working out 5 or more days a week. A minimum of 30 minutes. Whether its at the gym or at home on my Wii Fit Plus. I've grown quite fond of Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing. At the gym, I usually workout alone or with my handsome, muscular husband who inspired me to lift weights in the first place. I have days when I do strictly cardio & some days I just can't stand cardio & I head to the weight room after a quick warm-up. I'm finally grasping how to count my calories in versus calories out. It was always my downfall.
Personal Information:
I live in central Arkansas. I was born in New Hampshire. And I work at my twins elementary school. I love my "school children" & they love me back! I get lots of hugs every day! I love it! In case anyone wonders what my nationality is: my mom is from the Philippines but we also have Chinese & Hispanic (from Spain) heredity & my dad's side is Hungarian & Irish. And my daughters are all of that plus African-American! :-)
