Mandy here! I've been on SparkPeople for a little over 3 years. There have been many times that I've fallen off the wagon, but I have always gotten back on! I'm inching closer and closer to where I want to be -- not only weight-wise though! I'm more energetic, so I'm able to get more done within a day than before.

We have fur babies that we treat as our own. We're all trying to become healthier as a family via slowly changing our diet, spending more time together, and even exercising more together.
