Hi I see your on my team .. 10-25 pounds to lose group!!.. Hey Im here to help guide you alone the road to getting healthy. besides losing the weight. Never go below 1200 calories a day & I myself never go above 1300. But some say 1400 max. SO were all here for you besides me!..
