I ate alot of salad! Plus I didn't designate a weigh in day. Instead I just weighed myself when I felt lighter. I also track everything I eat to stay in my calorie range of 1200- 1550. Hope this helps you as well.

P.s. the pin-up picture is how I usually feel on the inside. Now just to get the outside to match!

Hi there. To answer your question on my page, I don't really work out a whole ton - not what you'd consider 'working out', which I hate. :) I use the BodyMedia FIT, which tracks all sorts of activities, any time I'm physically active really. I walk/hike when I can (half an hour a day minimum most days, often more), horse ride sometimes, and generally just try to stay active when I can. It's not easy when my main occupation is spinning/knitting/crocheting!

Anyway I hope all that makes sense, and thanks for coming by my page!

You may want to have your healthcare professional check you out to rule out any hormonal problem or deficiency (sluggish hormones may come into play) - you may also benefit from switching out your exercise routine..........if walking is your only form of exercise, your body may be adjusting to that and need more of a challenge.........again, you may want to speak with your healthcare provider for suggestions that may be of help (you don't want to try anything that may be risky for you in the event that you have other conditions that need to be taken into consideration)......

Hang in there - you can do this!
