My name is Shaun and I'm a working mother of 2 kids. Every yr around summertime I claim im going to lose weight and it usually never happens. Well i have finally stop claiming it and im actually getting up off my butt and doing something about it. I refuse to keep looking in the mirror and hating what i see. I have decided not to go on a diet but change the way i live my life. I know this wont be easy and i am definitely ready for the challenge! Let's get it ladies!

My Program:
I have changed my whole lifestyle to accomplish my goals. I no longer eat pork, beef, sweets & all unhealthy carbs. I have completely cut out soda, beer and ive also quit smoking!
