Getting back into shape

I am recommitted to lose some weight.

One Day at a time, one pound at a time.

So I lost about 10 lbs over the course of 2013. Hopefully this year is a little better, starting out at 180ish and in March at 176.

I lost weight successfully in 2004/2005 and kept it off for about a year. However then we tried to have another child and the weight came back, plus some extra.

At one point I weighted 194. Am down to 187.5 and slowly trying to get ...

Love walking and using Walk away the pounds DVD and Walk it out on the WII. As the weather gets better going to walk outside.

actually knitting does burn between 100 to 160 calories an hour depending on your speed of knitting
